What ZaynBros delivers
Advisory judgement and commercial capability, under one roof

Market entry, investment advisory and executive briefings for boards and institutions.
Industrial Partnerships
Qualified manufacturers, joint ventures and long-term production relationships.
Commercial Supply
Defence and dual-use goods, automotive components and industrial raw materials.
International Trade
Sourcing, compliance, customs practice and cross-border coordination.
Government & Institutional Engagement
Structured access to ministries, chambers, zone administrations and regulators.
Position
Most advice on this region is written somewhere else. Ours is written in Gaziantep, among the factories, traders and institutions our clients need to work with.
We sit between international capital and regional industry. One side needs certainty, structure and governance. The other operates on relationships, capacity and reputation that no database records. Our work is to make those two languages agree.
What separates us
Two views of the same market
The outside view
Capital flows, tariffs, regulation, currency, buyer behaviour. We read these the way an international board reads them, and we plan against them rather than react to them.
The inside view
Who actually owns the plant. Which quotes are real. Who pays on time. Which family stands behind which company, and what happened the last time they were tested.
The judgement between them
Neither view is sufficient alone. Our value is the point where both are held at once — and where we tell you plainly when the answer is no.

Why Gaziantep
An address that is also an advantage.
Gaziantep is not where we happen to be. It is one of the most productive industrial and trading cities between Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia — and being resident in it is the reason our judgement is worth something.
The city manufactures and exports at scale: machinery, textiles and carpet, food processing, plastics, construction materials, packaging. Its organised industrial zones are among the largest in Türkiye, and its producers sell into more than a hundred and fifty countries.
It is also a crossing point. Road corridors run south and east toward the Eastern Mediterranean, the Gulf and Central Asia, and west to the Mediterranean ports and Europe. Decisions about sourcing, distribution and reconstruction across that whole arc are made, financed and executed here.
Being here means we visit a facility the same week you ask about it, meet an owner without an intermediary, and hear how a counterparty is regarded long before a due diligence report could tell you.

Inside the market
What local knowledge actually means
The phrase is used loosely. In practice it comes down to things that cannot be bought as data.
Capacity, verified
We walk the floor, count the lines and read the order book. Stated capacity and real capacity are rarely the same number.
Reputation, in context
Standing in a trading city is public knowledge locally and invisible abroad. We know who honours a contract when the market turns.
Price, in the original language
Terms, quality grades and delivery obligations are negotiated in the local language. Meaning is lost in translation, and money with it.
Institutions, correctly approached
Chambers, zone administrations, customs and municipal bodies each have a proper channel. Using the wrong one costs months.
Who we work with
The parties whose decisions shape this region
We work at the intersection of governments, industry, investment and international development — where each side needs the others to be read correctly.
- Governments
- International Organizations
- Development Agencies
- Industrial Manufacturers
- Investors
- Family Businesses
- Private Sector
- International Companies
Much of our work sits between them — a ministry and a manufacturer, an investor and a family firm, a programme office and a supply base. Holding both sides of that conversation is the practice.
Expertise
What we enable
A deliberately narrow practice, built around one region we know completely. Each capability below exists because a client had to make a decision here and needed it verified, structured and carried through.
Strategic Advisory
Counsel to boards, ministries and investment committees on what is achievable in this region, at what cost and over what horizon. We set out the decision, its constraints and the consequences of each path — including the occasions when the right answer is to wait.
Government & Institutional Relations
Structured, transparent engagement with ministries, chambers of industry, zone administrations and regulators. We work inside formal process and to institutional timelines, entering at the right point with the right document.
Industrial Partnerships
Identification, diligence and structuring of joint ventures, licensing arrangements and long-term manufacturing relationships. We know the owners, and we know how they conduct themselves once the market turns.
International Trade
Sourcing, compliance, customs practice and route design across the corridors linking Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, the Gulf and Central Asia. Landed cost is settled at the border, not in the spreadsheet.
Sectors
Where we work
We concentrate on sectors where industrial capability, national interest and cross-border regulation meet — and where decisions are made over years rather than quarters.
- Defence & Security
- Automotive & Mobility
- Manufacturing & Industrial Production
- Energy & Infrastructure
- International Trade & Supply Chains
- Government & Public Institutions
- International Organizations & Development
- Technology & Industrial Innovation
Confidence
Why Clients Choose ZaynBros
Five reasons organisations return, stated plainly.
Independent Advice
No undisclosed commission, position or interest in the counterparties recommended. Clients receive an assessment, not a placement.
Regional Presence
Resident in Gaziantep, among the plants, chambers and traders in question. A facility can be visited the week it is raised.
Executive Experience
Mandates are led by principals accustomed to boards, ministries and investment committees, and to defending a position in front of them.
Trusted Industrial Network
Manufacturers, logistics operators and public bodies known personally over years — relationships that predate the mandate and outlast it.
Cross-border Perspective
One team reading Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, the Gulf and Central Asia together, rather than four disconnected local views.
